In the military there is no Dr. or MD, they never use an academic degree with a military rank. The real admiral would have signed, (Rank)(Full name), (Branch of Service), (Name of practice, hospital, or clinic); Rear Admiral Ronny L. Jackson, USN, Walter Reed National Military Medical Center.

Which ever incompetent amateur tried to forge a doctor's note probably made the same mistake in 5th grade an signed the absence excuse, "Sarah's Mommy".
