I figured out the Russian adoption angle that

the Trumps claimed to be discussing.

Tonight I watched The Eleventh Hour with Brian Williams and one segment was about Russian women paying toncome here, stay at one of Trump’s real estate locations and give birth so that the babies are American citizens who can get a green card for their Russian parents to come here when the baby reaches 21.

Hmm. I don’t believe there was ever any legit conversation about Russian adoptions by the Trumps btw. Still, interesting.

According to the reporting on the show there’s an organization called “Miami Mommas” where these Russian women can pay to come here. They even showed DonTheCon speaking against this type of birth citizenship in the past.

As long as said babies look a certain way (and have mommas with lots of rubles to throw at Cheeto).

financial sanctions against russia. Lifting the sanctions was one of the first things the trumpft administration wanted to do.

Adoption and anchor babies are two different things.

Putin's response to the passage of the Magnitsky Act was to cancel American adoption of Russian babies. So any talk of "adoption" is really cover for discussing the removal of Magnitsky Act sanctions against Russia, which is strangling Putin & cronies financially.

say the June 9, 2016 meeting with Trump Jr. and a Russian lawyer was about adoptions. And Trump did it.

This gets Trump to implicate Trump Jr. discussing sanctions with Russians during the campaign.

It also shows Trump does what Putin tells him to do.

Putin has Trump over a barrel.

Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump meet on July 7 at the G20 summit. The two presidents spoke again at a dinner that evening.

In an interview with The New York Times on Wednesday, Trump said he had a 15-minute conversation with Putin during which the two exchanged "pleasantries" and discussed adoption policy.

Flying home from Germany on July 8 aboard Air Force One, Trump personally dictated a statement in which Trump Jr. said that he and the Russian lawyer had "primarily discussed a program about the adoption of Russian children" when they met in June 2016, according to multiple people with knowledge of the deliberations.

Russia was mad about sanctions the US imposed so they stopped the adoption flow of (white) infants to the US in retaliation. The adoption conversation was about extracting promises that a Trump administration would lift the sanctions (so adoptions could continue - even though I'm sure Trump doesn't care about adoptions, but it was more acceptable to be discussing adoption matters than foreign policy when he had not yet been elected).

Anchor baby tourism is just Trump hypocrisy. Pure and simple. As long as the babies are white, and will bring white parents with them, and if he can make a buck (by hosting them at his hotels), all the better.

(This latter news has been around since September - connected to Trump properties; and a couple of years as a general issue. Opening up the flow of white babies from Russia who can be adopted by US citizens has NOTHING to do with facilitating Russian moms to come here to give birth so they can come back in a couple of decades and obtain citizenship through their children. If you are adopted, you lose all legal ties to your birth parents, so you cannot pull your biological parents here for citizenship )
