I happened across the twitter account of the DPRK News Service (North Korea)

Edit - reading further along, it has to be a joke account but it's very funny.

It's pretty entertaining. Of the SOTU address it says,

""State of Union" is US ritual in which Chief Dotard describes an imaginary America that will never exist, to audience of adoring, clapping fellow dotards."

Even more hilarious, of the Stormy Daniels affair it says:

"KPA Foreign News Group requires more research into Jeffrey “Stormy” Daniels accusations before any definitive conclusions reached."
