Too many unanswered questions !! ..don't blame the person who pushed the "button"... no no no....

I rec you read both links below.

Someone put in the wrong "template&quot what???)

Then...

No one had a retraction template ..ya see ... they never foresaw they would have to retract a warning of immanent nuclear annihilation.

Listen it was morning ..they were just waking up.. some one said we needed a epic disaster template ..Joe grabbed ballistic missile.. it was top of the pile.. someone said hey...lets psych out 1.5 million people ... so funny.. hey we needed a laugh.

But when we went to retract it ..ooopsie.. we never made one... but you got to admit the scary ones we did were great. I wrote three ballistic missile warnings... one was "possible" next one "within minutes" next one "imminent"

Yep the news is at odds with what I saw on my cell that morning I got 3 escalating warnings one retraction. I am seeing everywhere totally differing reports. Same with the retractions.

They had no retraction "template" (yea wtf)
Who could have possibly seen they ever need that..... (Mr Common Sense)
Oh ...and another crumb of info.. they did not send out the retraction.. FEMA did remotely on different system.

***** "At the time, there was no template that allowed the EMA to promptly send a follow-up message informing recipients that the alert had been a false alarm." *****

(And who's job was that?) yeah....and at the time no one realized aircraft needed wheels to land and wings to fly like my pigs do)

"After the template is selected, Miyagi said, a note appears on the computer, asking the officer to confirm that they want to send the message.
The officer responsible accidentally clicked yes, Miyagi said. At that point, the message -- "BALLISTIC MISSILE THREAT INBOUND TO HAWAII. SEEK IMMEDIATE SHELTER. THIS IS NOT A DRILL" -- was sent to Hawaii residents and vacationers. It also went out to televisions and radios. "
