Anyone having trouble getting MSNBC?

For quite a while I've been watching Rachel and others when their shows are replayed on MSNBC. Since yesterday, I can no longer watch on Firefox. There is no picture and no sound, just the framework where Rachel, et al should appear.

So I tire Safari. There is. picture but no sound at all. Not even the little thingie where you regulate volume. Nowhere to be found.

I'm very frustrated. Any ideas? (I use a Mac).

I don't have a Mac here at home, but using Firefox in Windows 10, I can see and hear the videos at the MSNBC site.

Got rid of cable a year or more ago. In addition to the regular streaming services I bought a "stick computer" and plugged it into HDMI2 with a cheap Bluetooth keyboard as a remote control.

Livenewson has all the news broadcasts from around the world.
