We must call them out! Every single time!

If you live in a conservative area like I do, we can't just sit here scared and afraid to write a letter to the editor, to go on local websites and denounce them! Push this back under rocks.

There is a local blog, thelostogle.com that printed a story this morning about former OKC mayor and former OU regent Kirk Humphries who said awful things about LGBT people and lost his job as a regent, now is shown saying women should let their husband's lead, it is the Christian way. Scary stuff that would never see the light of day in the past because they knew it would kill them politically. This man still considers himself a "political player". He is a wealthy local developer. Seems to be a pattern here.

I have begun to go on the Oklahoma City newspaper (and I use that term loosely) and take them on. They are insane, they are bullies who will threaten you. Go right ahead people. I was threatened by the Klan in the 80's, had to have the police outside my house a couple of times when I worked at a place that offered services to Black people, I was the only white person working or volunteering there at that time. I refuse to back down.

We cannot just come here, anonymously and say stuff, we need to put our names to it.
