To what degree is this confusion, chaos, and fear affecting America?

We witnessed the panic in Hawaii yesterday from a false alarm, no doubt connected to the politics in Washington.

How long can the American people withstand this water torture from Trump and the Republican Party? Seriously, it is affecting the psyche of our country. Nobody knows what fresh hell may happen today? It is stressful to anyone that cares about our country, I am sure.

What is the best way to cope with this daily stress? Exercise or a hobby might help? It seems there is no escape?

I am involved in cat rescue and fostering and am in some groups about that online. I look at the news of the day, then go there to help myself relax! It's a no-politics zone.

Exercise helps me. I need to get back to the gym.

Working for good candidates helps me and my husband. One thing I need to do is avoid drinking. I know that I and some of my friends are drinking too much. Too many calories!
