Letter I sent both my Democratic Senators and my Democratic Representative

With the GOP revealing its blatant racism, it is time for Democrats to take a stand! For the country’s sake, take the moral high ground here and hold it!

No compromise: No DACA, no deal on immigration!

Millions of people are living day in and day out in fear! Families are being ripped apart! What are you and your fellow Democrats doing about it?

Repeat after me: No DACA, no deal!

This is where the rubber meets the road, Senator/Congressman. Put the country first! Every Democratic Representative and Senator needs to take this to the people on every news show, from both the House and Senate floors, from town hall meetings. We are not hearing nearly enough from Democrats on this issue. Stop sitting on the sidelines while a handful are outspoken and do the party’s heavy lifting. Stop being complacent and find the courage to be more vocal and get involved in this fight!

Remember: No DACA, no deal!

By taking a moral stand and doing what’s right, Democrats can take back the House and Senate this fall. Yes, with GOP gerrymandering and continued Russian interference, it’s going to be an uphill battle. We cannot stop or let up for a moment! This is a fight for the very soul of our country! If we fail, we may not have a democracy left by 2020.

You took an oath to defend the U.S. Constitution from all threats both foreign and domestic. Right now, we are facing both. You, my dear Senator, are being called to do and to be more than you ever dreamed you would have to do or be as a Senator. Not only the country, but the entire world is counting on you and your fellow Democratic Senators and Representatives to have the courage to answer that call.

Here is where it begins: No DACA, no deal!

Rally the country around this fight for civil rights and basic human dignity regardless of what color we are or where we come from. Be the leader we need you to be right now, so America will once again be a shining city on a hill.

Well done - except the "shining city on a hill" was from a Reagan speech. Rhiannon12866 Jan 2018 #1

I posted it under Activist Headquarters. It is about calling all the reps and different scripts to use when you call. I also decided to use the sign I made for the DACA Rally in Sept for one side of my sign at the Women's March on Sat. I hope the Dems stick to their guns. Close down the government! This is ridiculous...playing with peoples' lives like it is a fun game. They did the same thing with the ACA and Tax Scam. The GOP is a group of sadists. I know the fucking moron has loved to cause people to suffer in any way possible his whole life (the guy that wrote a book about him said he has always been more than a bully, he is really mentally ill). That is why he was sent to military school. He physically hurt those who were small or young or weak. He gets off on doing it. Even Graham said he is two faced and playing BS games with people.
Here is the info from Indivisible.
