Rep. Tom Cole (R-OK) just gave a little chuckle over the Oklahoma City bombing.

On MSNBC. Chuck Todd asked if there should be a limit on how much ammo an individual can purchase on the "Internets."

He said "I know you're a card-carrying member of the NRA, but..."

Cole said that we shouldn't "politicize" these things, and that he'd let the NRA talk for themselves.

Then he brought up the Oklahoma City bombing and the number of people who died and sort of chuckled and said that McVeigh "got all the ammo he needed."

He then said that people who want what Holmes and McVeigh wanted will "find one way or another to get it" and that we shouldn;t rewrite laws because of one demonic individual.

Not EXACT quotes, but close enough.

I saw his little snicker about the Oklahoma City bombing...disgusting. Did you also catch his comment about the Farm bill...said the liberals were upset about curbs in the 'urban nutrition programs.' Really, you think? What part of the word nutrition does he not understand? I know they could care less about the hungry, but geez...I'd love to see someone call them on such inane statements. The little 'urban' comment was so freaking racist, wonder if he realized that white people use food stamps...some people who probably voted for him.

I really despise these bastard Republicans.
