You can tell by the way the middle of his foot is pointing downwards compared to his toes, which are flat. Compare how his feet look to Obama, who also has a slight lift from a normal shoe heel. Trump is wearing height-elevating shoes in this picture. His shoes have a built-up heel to make him seem taller.

I originally thought it was because he was having arthritis pain in his knees and he didn't want anyone to know. Now I see that it's because he's wearing high heels that pitch his center of gravity up and forward.

You can see the toes well but the rest of the shoe is in the shadows. His shoes appear indistinguishable from President Obama's in that photo.

I tried to measure Trump's height by comparing him to Melania's height. He really could be 6'3".

During the briefing on his health today, the doctor reported that he’s 6? 3?. Oh, and that he weighs 239 lbs. At those stats, Trump’s body mass index (BMI) is 29.9 which classifies him as “overweight”. The BMI that would classify him as obese? 30. Trump’s driver’s license says that he’s 6? 2?. I actually met him about 10 years ago during a pro-am golf tournament, and I can assure you he’s not 6? 3? and would be on his toes to be 6? 2?.

According to those pictures and a few others that have been posted he is not even 6'1". It is getting harder and harder to take the doctor seriously. Based on some of the things he was saying at the press conference and the fact that he claimed that Donald Trump was 6'3" when it was easy to prove that information wrong it is beginning to seem that this doctor will say whatever the Trump Administration wants him to say.

Trump is further away from the camera and consequently, will look smaller in height and width. The second picture showsa better comparison of height, I think.
