Democrats overwhelmingly won the election and get to decide who to appoint to the SC? Not anymore, prior to that yes every single time the constitution was followed and that was what happened but NOT after the black man was elected.

Fast forward to the GOP openly working with our enemy to CHANGE the outcome of elections, many elections. Everybody knows they did it, and nothing happens.
