I'll be willing to it a transposition error in favor of Drumpf , if it weren't for the fact the measurements the doctor gave was the H/W ratio for a generalized BMI measurement (i.e., the typical life insurance policy measurements) to just squeak under an obesity rating.
Spouse is 6'1" and 32X lbs.; knowing that the camera has a tendency to make people look a bit larger because of the way light bends in the lens, I'm pretty sure Drumpf, who looks just larger than him, is at least 329 lbs at 6'1".

Doesn't matter that he might have been 6'3" in his prime, age and lifestyle shrinks you. I'd bet he's lost at least 2 inches due to "settle" in his 71 years.
I'm ready to turn 60, and I've already shrunk an inch and a half from my prime height due to hard work.
