Also, eye witnesses are notoriously unreliable.

And other witnesses said that the shooter (red hair and all) was the guy who went to the back door, propped it open, stepped outside and then returned later in his armor and gas mask with all of his gear. It would be hard to say that it's not the same person that sat in the front row near the rear exit and "got a phone call".
