1. Register to vote and actually vote in elections. Get your friends to do the same.

2. Don't be silent in your home/personal life, unless you are in such a red area it puts you in actual danger.

3. And yes, by all means march to show support and community. Be engaged, contribute, if you can, run for office.

This old man wants to see many, many more progressive women in politics. Our biggest problem is not the cretins that have taken over the Repub party. Our biggest problem is that too many people don't join in. Complacency is our worst enemy, not bible-thumping Talibangelists or Nazis. They are in the minority and we need to prove that to them.

There were multiple people registering voters at the march. Each clipboard had 3 state's (NY, NJ, CT) on it to cover more bases.

Many women are running for office after first marching last year.

It had multiple people carrying two pink gates with cats on it. One said 'pussy gate' and the other said 'time's up."

My photos are uploading to my cloud storage now. I'll post a few when they finish.
