The New England Patriots: The Only Team in America to Represent 6 Blue States

So, before all you jealous football fans from places that don't win Super Bowls start whining about the Pats winning, just ponder that fact.

The fans that root for the best team to ever play this game are all from states that DIDN'T vote for Trump. Not just one state, SIX.

So, let's be happy for the fans who come from a region that at least knows how to vote

P.S. I know Trump won one electoral vote from Maine, but Hillary carried the state.

Mon Jan 22, 2018, 04:57 PM

Brisette did reasonably well in Indy with no training camp and a pourous offensive line, plus a defensive minded coaching staff.

The point is that the Patriots know how to draft a QB. If Brady gets his sixth ring and know that he will likely start next year, it is unlikely that he will resent and understudy coming it. Plus, there are some enticing situations with NFL QBs coming up, Minnesota will need to get rid of two QB during the offseason, the likely two have had injury issues, but when they played, they played well, Teddy Bridgewater would be an excellent pick up for the Patriots if he passes the team physical, cheap too. Colt McCoy would be a good option. I don't see them getting a run at Alex Smith or getting Brisette back from the Colts with McDaniels going to Indy, him having worked with Brisette and seeing what the kid did as a starter in a difficult situation.

By paying for the education of doctors that agreed to serve poor communities. One key to better healthcare results for everyone is getting more doctors in poor areas and inner cities.

No need to thank me for educating you, it is trully amazing what one find out by doing a little research. But I guess it is easier to blindly hate and become what we hate.

We're talking about a majority of the voters, not the moron who happens to live there.

Oh, in addition, we send 11 US Senators who either are Democrats or caucus with Democrats and 20 Democratic congressmen and only one Republican.

Of the Senators we send, they include Elizabeth Warren, Bernie Sanders, and Chris Murphy.

So, it's nothing like saying Trump comes from New York. It's a blue state that knows him best and rejected him.

Trump's is in office because of states like Pennsylvania, Michigan, Ohio, Wisconsin and Florida.

If the Pats play the Vikings, 7 blue states will be represented in the Super bowl. Maybe the political gods a paying back the football fans who make up the majority of voters who don't know how the fuck to vote.

That's the point. They root for their hometown team, a majority vote for Trump and elect Repukes to the House and Senate.

In New England, we root for our home town team and send 31 of 33 Senators and Congressmen to Washington for the Democratic party. All 6 states voted Hillary. So, it's safe to say that a majority of Pats fans have a sane political leaning. It's also safe to say that Nov. 8, 2016 was the worst night in many New Englanders lives. We deserve the Super Bowl(s).

Imagine what we would have if people that can afford to have $3,000 once to help school a future doctor that agreed to serve the poor for 5 or more years? Kraft also fights against hunger in New England, as does Belichick.

I don't like that Kraft spends time with Trump, but Trump did support Kraft during the difficult time after Kraft's wife died from cancer.

God, I hate the fucking Patriots. And I hate their fans.

And fuck Philadelphia too. And their fans. Two shitty teams from two shitty towns. Can they both lose?

Pro football is a pretty damned conservative institution that promotes an aggressive form of masculinity and funnel millions and millions to right wing team owners, often with municipal subsidies to pay for stadiums. Not to mention causing brain damage in the players.

It can't die fast enough, IMO.

I don't watch sports but love so much of the banter. You knocked it out of the park here. Just fun ribbing.

I sent money to Ralph Northam's campaign.

It's not easy turning a Southern state blue, but you guys did it.

I'm convinced they cheated, and beyond what has been made public.

Otherwise it's such a smart and resourceful team I admire them more than dislike them.

Besides, I've won so many wagers on them in this era I couldn't begin to count. They dependably cooperate with my systems. On the road after a straight up defeat it's almost a gimme.
