why the negotiations are being done by the White House instead of Congress Repubs with Congress Democrats.!

Was rejected by him. What's the use of Congress negotiating if Orange is merely going to reject it. This shutdown is 100% on the pResident.

They had a bipartisan agreement. Trump blew it up.

It's what he does best. He destroys things and causes hate and discontent. He is the master of messes. It's why Putin put him into the white house.
