(15,646 posts)The OP is just preaching to the choir on this board, although the Dems capitulating today will not help with turnout later this year.

(1,965 posts)Who don't bother to vote. They figure their one, single vote makes no difference, failing to realize when millions think that way, we get drumpf or a McTurtle type asswad. Then they give me the both parties are the same nonsense.

(15,682 posts)Though, it's been a while since I have seen anyone do so. During 2016 we were exposed to a lot of bizarre beliefs and I think it still feels like just yesterday to some. I think it's important now to let people vent about the things that help us win as well as the things that bring us down.
There are probably more people who read but don't post than there are people who do both here. I would expect quite a few lurkers don't have a great handle on how it all works and come here to learn. As long as a post doesn't call out anyone or group specifically I don't have a problem with pointing out the consequences of poor voting judgement.
Mostly in Doctors waiting rooms.
