Kansas Pigs Respond To Suicidal Teen Call, Resolve Situation By Shooting Him Dead

I'm sure work is already beginning to clear this "fine" officer's name. Oh wait, we don't even know his/her name.

And I don't think the fact the kid was white will matter much, this is Kansas after all.

If a car is speeding towards you killing the driver doesn't make the car come to a sudden stop. You are still going to have to move out of the way.

If the drive is dead (or unconscious) he won't be exerting pressure on the accelerator.
