That's WWE performer Boogeyman, and the image was taken from a 2013 WWE video showing Donal Trump unafraid of Boogeyman:

that is why Breitbart is angry at him. First rule of republican fight club is not to talk about how the GOP Presidents are just there to hold a pen and sign GOP sourced bills. Lindsay broke the rule by talking about it and describing it.
