It labors ceaselessly through generations and numerous successive presidents in the bowels of Federal Buildings across America, for low wages, no perks, no recognition, disparagement by taxpayers, and lately by politicians, for the sole purpose of awaiting the coming of a tRump and undermining him when he arrives.
