So now that these Super Pacs, such as Karl Rove's Crossroads, don't have to report who is donating to their pac, does that mean that foreign money can be used to influence our elections?

It means that foreign money IS BEING used to influence our elections.
Of course, that was a bad thing when the Democrats did it.
