I still say the single funniest half hour of network sitcom television was the first time Paul Ruebens (PeeWee Herman) guest starred on Murphy Brown.

Now I haven't seen it in 25 years so I don't know if it holds up but I remember having to stop and rewind the VHS over and over because I kept missing stuff from laughing so much.
