So, it's not as if it is some sort of secret.

His name, photographs and other particulars are of course all over social media like Twitter, including a picture of him being taken into custody.

It is said that he had difficult family circumstances and that he was subjected to bullying at home and at school. Allegedly, a stepsister of his has posted other information on social media.

As always, the accuracy of social media varies.

And... the tinfoil hatters have sprung into action, or at least persons who have made a hobby out of providing fodder for tinfoil hatters.
