If his health's so bad, I imagine the embassy could scrape together the money for whatever treatment's necessary. Getting him to a hospital if he needs it is the problem, as he's got a warrant out for breach of bail.

The UK Prison Service would offer treatment free of charge, of course.

I imagine mental health or mental fatigue issues are present, but are all of his own making. Others in far worse conditions have survived, learned and developed a mental capacity for dealing with confinement.
