i wonder what would happen if I promised to be a R for a few months? Can I do a bunch of sin for the months leading up, and then get the forgiveness? What would happen after those few months, would they take their forgiveness back?

...as a confirmation of their faith and doctrine.

It's not unlike Sarandon thinking.....lf they don't think like me, they are sinners and therefore can only learn a lesson by having Trump as POTUS. No different
