Watching SOTU Will Be More Painful Than A Mouth Of Badly Infected Teeth. Can't Watch.

Every view, every syllable, every act from the orange prick is like stabbing your leg with an ice pick. It is harder and harder and harder to witness every day. And watching the GOP adds salt to the wound as well. Of course it is all reported by a yawning MSM more interested in normalizing the calamity rather than challenging it. MSM wants high rating reporting all of this sordid behavior.

Watching the Sanders briefings is like pulling ones own teeth. I cannot believe all those reporters just sit there and allow themselves to be insulted by a fusillade of lies and distortions continually. They would be better served by NOT showing up. Of course they need their job.

And we have until 2020 for things can change. And it is no guarantee that Trump would lose. Now barring some unexpected situation Trump is here to stay. Then you would have Pence.

I desperately want to be optimistic and more hopeful. But it is getting harder every day.

I can't stand even one second of watching this ignorant creep. My blood pressure goes up just thinking about how he has ruined our beautiful country so far. Not good for my health.

for even a minute - change the channel once I see his face. Will read transcript (NY Times always has a full transcript) and will look here for analysis.

After a year he really hasn't accomplished much to brag about. But then he might just talk about himself for 3 hours. Ugh.

What's worst and makes it intolerable isn't populist trolling for dissatisfaction and division, but all those who soak up their favorite lies. They scare me, not the symptoms they elect.

Speaking of symptoms, I'm extremely sorry to hear about your problems.

About being more hopeful, I've noticed just turning to the inner sections of major newspapers, away from politics to what other people makes me feel better, even though everything isn't all happy. Political reporting is toxic, worse than politics itself, because there are good people in politics while reporting admits no good.

For now, perhaps there's a smile in here.

regulations being slashed...he basically just gave his SOTU today. I doubt he has new * to offer. It's the same act every time he speaks.
