And the Democrats are too Cowardly to outright boycott the speech, except for a couple of the usual suspects with a spine like John Lewis & Maxine Waters.

1) White Sheets (extras for the pup and kittehs?) and a tiki torch

2) Jodhpurs, riding crop, bandoleros, and matching water pistols

3) Clown suit with a big honking nose, and airhorn

4) Invisible Emperor clothes with a bag full of gold wrapped chocolate coins

I’ve always found them to be nothing more than glorified campaign speeches (spin, BS, etc), but with the added game of watching one side stand up and cheer while the other side sits on their hands.

I will find what I need to hear.

Hoping one of you here on DU takes one for the team and tells us what we need to know. A little part of me wants to watch to see him take the train off the cliff but I don't think I could watch without being a very poor example to my child. Mama has a potty mouth when it comes to the Tangeranus.

The Democrats are a bunch of pussies. If they had even the slightest bit of courage, they would boycott the speech entirely. There is no requirement for them to be present.

I am still debating whether or not to watch. A part of me wants to watch just to see what his says and to be a good informed citizen. Another part of me wants to avoid the speech. I will have to make a decision soon.

I do not think any Democrat will yell out during the speech. I also do not think any Democrat should walk out of the speech. I think that would give Donald Trump and the Republicans the chance to attack the Democrats as being partisan and sore losers. They should just stay and look like the more professional party.

I gag every time I see or hear him. There is no way I’d listen to him glory himself and his non accomplishments.
