Planning to watch the State of the Union speech?

I have no intention of watching the orange creature read misinformation, spin, and outright lies, all written by others, off a teleprompter.

Do you suppose some Democrat will yell out "You Lie!" while he's speaking?*

TV news and online videos will show endless reruns, so that's when I'll catch the highlights of whatever crap he spews.

I would hope that every Democrat present would stand up and walk out on his very first, obvious lie. But you know they won't do it. "Respect for The Office" and all that. In truth, they wouldn't be walking out on "The Office." They'd be walking out on the peach-colored beast who has soiled it.

So what about you? Gonna' get some popcorn and watch the criminal read some words? The irony is that the actual meaning of whatever he reads is beyond him.

*(A Republican congressman named Joe Wilson did that to Obama in 2009, during a speech to a joint session of congress. My guess is that Wilson had a problem with a president who wasn't white.)

what a gift.....NOT!! I am counting on Kennedy to give a pointed, direct, sound bite filled (that can be easily reported and repeated) response for my gift!!

Unfortunately, the sheeples will believe anything and any direct affront ("you lie" type outbursts) to the Orange Turd will cause a huge defensive reaction from the blind righties. I do hope the Dems will not stand or applaud at ANYHTING the micropenis says. Just sit there and shake their heads at any lie or ridiculous point he makes.

Not watching, but will watch replay of Kennedy.

The Democrats are a bunch of pussies. If they had even the slightest bit of courage, they would boycott the speech entirely. There is no requirement for them to be present.

Funny how our side has "respect" for the office, but the "president" has no respect for them.

I am still debating whether or not to watch. A part of me wants to watch just to see what his says and to be a good informed citizen. Another part of me wants to avoid the speech. I will have to make a decision soon.

I do not think any Democrat will yell out during the speech. I also do not think any Democrat should walk out of the speech. I think that would give Donald Trump and the Republicans the chance to attack the Democrats as being partisan and sore losers. They should just stay and look like the more professional party.
