Nicole Wallace?
Her show on MSNBC at 4:00 PM is just so convincing and interesting.
She slices Trump up with such class and a winning smile.
I'll tell you, I was never a fan of hers in the years she worked in the Bush Whitehouse, but she sure in hell has won me over in the past 10 months or so.
I think I'm smitten.

(8,003 posts)I'm not sure she's still on the Republican bandwagon at all. She never lets GOP apologists get by with praising trump.

(653 posts)If you are "falling in love with Nicole Wallace."
She was part of the Bush II Administration as an aide, and also was part of the McCain/Pain campaign.
Nope, there's no forgiveness or pacifying any of that.
Besides, she still believes everything you're against.
No, no, and a thousand times NO!!!

Besides, I'm happily married, but Nicole does impress me for this particular fight.

(37,160 posts)Reasonable conservatives are still complicit. They came to power as a raft floating on a lake of what they now try to disown as Trumpism.

(15,334 posts)Wallace, Schmidt, Steele...etc., they helped build this shitshow.
Fuck them all sideways with a First Edition hard cover copy of Atlas Shrugged... the worthless pieces of amphibian shit.
The destruction of America, the rise of the white supremacists, the normalizing of Nazism... it's all on these people's hands.
In a just world, they'd be facing prison, not getting praise from DU.

(10,053 posts)Her show is pretty good - but IMHO nobody holds a candle to Rachel.

(43,049 posts)and her history as a Republican should mean little.
It is entirely possible for a Republican to be a decent and productive human being-- to say otherwise is a form of bigotry and part of the problem.
Really, don't we hate it when wingnuts call all Democrats names?

(61,695 posts)Steve Schmidt's movie about the 2008 campaign is accurate, she skipped voting for McCain/Palin, even though she worked the campaign, because Palin was ignorant and nuts.

I respect ANY Republican who has the cajones to blister Trump. That's a fairly limited demographic.

(714 posts)She does a better job destroying 45 than most liberal hosts. I record her show and I have rarely been disappointed in her very intelligent questions and conversations. The way she talked about Sarah Palin was first caught my attention.
