What happens when Trump supporters realize theyve been had?

There is a reckoning that will occur. And it may be closer than most think. And when it happens it won't be pretty. There are some crazy Trump supporters out there. And the 'sane' ones will not likely have the sway to mitigate the carnage.

I've never known these types to 'realize' much of anything.
Something's got to affect them personally before they get a clue or a care.

Many of them will continue to defend him because it is human nature not to want to admit you've been duped. They'll come up with excuses for why he hasn't kept his promises - it's the Democrats' fault, it's Obama's fault, it's Hillary's fault, he'll do it soon but he hasn't had enough time yet, and so forth. Some will also believe that all negative information about Trump is "fake news." I doubt there will be a huge reckoning, and those few who do realize they got hosed will just stay home and shut up.

Fox News and the Right leaning news papers have done one hell of a job of Stockholm Syndrome creation with these folks. See it and heard it daily living in a neo conservative community.
