so what does this imply about Trump ordering Mueller to be fired (even though it was never carried out)?

No impeachment, no conviction (Trumpsters jurors won’t vote guilty); only way Trump leaves is being voted out or having a heart attack.

Voting him out has the advantage of avoiding insanely angry Trumpsters turning out at the polls to overturn what they would view as illegitimate.

Don’t boo, don’t indict, vote.
