Nikki Haley Gets Roasted By Twitter Users After Criticism of Hillary Clinton's 'Fire And Fury' Grammys Cameo
1/29/2018 by Wandera Hussein
The 60th annual Grammy Awards featured plenty of political jabs Sunday night (Jan. 28), and perhaps one of the most viral moments was when artists like Cardi B and John Legend took part in a dramatic reading of the Trump tell-all Fire and Fury: Inside the Trump White House -- ending with Hillary Clinton getting a little revenge on Trump himself.
But while the funny bit was received well by most social media users, not everybody was totally pleased with the jokes. U.S. Ambassador to the U.N. Nikki Haley took to Twitter last night to criticize the sketch, even going as far as calling it "trash."
"I have always loved the Grammys but to have artists read the Fire and Fury book killed it. Dont ruin great music with trash. Some of us love music without the politics thrown in it," Haley tweeted.
People were not having it, as folks immediately hit back on Twitter by showing Haley examples of how music and politics have always been interconnected. Check out tweets below.

Haley seems ignorant of the fact that music is one of the most popular vehicles of the 20th century to decry and criticize politics.
Remove politics from music, and all we're left with is Happy Birthday and the entire playlist of The Bay City Rollers.
