Here is my clip from @CNN with @JohnBerman this morning, explaining the procedural context of approving FISA extensions, which is not up to DAG Rosenstein (as the Nunes Memo reportedly alleges)

Criminal law 101. Didn't Republicans used to love FISA and all its secret spying on (Muslims only) terrorists mandate??

Warrants must be approved for extension every 90 days, by law, by same court IF regarding US citizens, valuable information has been obtained by the surveillance... meaning the warrant has been extended 3 or 4 times already.

The R memo is so chock full of lies and legal errors all in furtherance of a "deep state" conspiracy theory it has now become a massive millstone for them...hope it chokes them.

Remember, Paul Ryan is behind ALL that Nunes does. Like I've said before, no one so much as takes a pee without Ryan's blessing.
