Any theories why the 'thugs seem seem so freaking sure the "memo" will discredit Mueller?

They've all been sounding wicked smug about it all weekend.

Also, if they ARE so sure, why hasn't one or two of them Ellsberged it out already?

It's much more politically useful to talk about something with cryptic hints and innuendo then to just release it.
