So if repubs release the Nunes memo than they are guilty of leaking classified material.

If trump declassifies it than the Dem rebuttal is also declassified and could be released.

so obviously that's not how it would work. The Dems would be jailed, convicted, then tried and found guilty of subversive acts.

they couldn't stop their hand wringing and foot stomping over Hilary's emails and their effect on national security. Now they're being told point blank by the DOJ that releasing their memo will indeed threaten national security, and they are moving forward gleefully.

Different rules for republicans. We all know that.
