When the Nunes memo is released, Schiff is surely going to make a public statement about it and answer questions from reporters. Presumably his statement and his answers will reflect heavily on the Democratic paper that cannot be released due to the vote of the committee. But what prevents Schiff from more or less reading the paper aloud? Or simply listing its major points? (Of course, it may just get conveniently leaked.)

he can't do it. And he wouldn't, since he's a patriot and not a Russian asset.
