How in SAM HELL are we supposed to keep up with this news cycle?

Christ on a Cracker! I'm fucking exhausted. It's been like major breaking stories today alone. State of the Union seemed like it was 4 weeks ago and it ended less than 24 hours ago. Good LORD!

Could we all agree...even Trumpty Dumpty...to just take a few days off. Shut down the cable news outlets, turn twitter and FB off, just for two days. AHHHHHHHHH!

I can't smoke weed as I have a CDL. I don't take any other drugs except my blood pressure pills which are fucking vital these days. I work out some but the damned gym has TVs with the news on constantly. I can't even escape there.

It was exhausting, polarizing, and extremely worrisome - we didn't know if democracy and our nation would survive it.

It was on TV all the time, in the newspapers, page after page, AM and PM editions. Magazines.

When Nixon resigned, got on that helicopter and waved bye-bye, it was like nothing we had ever experienced before.
