Can't they go to the D.C. District Court and get some kind of injunction against these treasonous bastard Rethuglians?!?!

I've been trying to figure out why I keep seeing "The Memo" with the trademark superscript after it. Anyone know? The snarky answer would be that they used trademark because they couldn't copyright it...nobody knew what it was going to say until after publication.

Or perhaps things that were redacted for perhaps national security reasons were un-redacted?

Perhaps names that were kept out to protect sources or assets are now included? They outed Valerie Plame after all.

I am gonna bet either the names Obama or Clinton were somehow dragged into this memo. That would really get Trumps attention
