Dysfunctional Voters Are Just As Much A Problem As Anything Else.

I do not care how well you fix the system, dysfunctional voters are just as much problem. These are voters who are so stupid and uniformed that they have no idea or sense that they are. And we have top many of them. Trump should have never done even with the voters who voted. Whey you cannot think any better than a rock, you are a dysfunctional voter. You ARE NOT QUALIFIED to vote. Even degreed professionals can be too stupid politically.

There is no God's way in hell that Trump should have won, but he did. Supposedly.

are you at all aware of how this was used to exclude african americans from voting for around 80 years?

As a party we need to clearly fight for ballot access for everyone.

Low-information voters will NEVER even HEAR an opposing or differing viewpoint. They are afraid, stuck in their shells, and don't even realize that they are actually imprisoned.

Worse yet, "sources" like Fox warn their viewers to stay away from the "lying, liberal mainstream media," so not only do they remain ignorant, they are convinced that everything but Fox (and a few other right-wing outlets) is a lie, part of some "deep state" conspiracy that wants to take away their God, their guns, force them to all be gay, send their kids to liberal-indoctrination "government" schools, on and on.

The Republicans have manufactured a cult-- inside information is the only valid source, all others are trying to destroy them. Even though they have millions more in their war chest, even though they hold all three branches of government, even though they control some 33 states top-to-bottom, they are still prodded to act as if they are under siege, and the liberal hordes are at the gates with a battering ram. They all behave (and lash out) as if cornered and about to be snuffed out.

As long as they allow themselves to remain isolated from the contemporary world around them, and are even PROUD of that isolation, they will remain xenophobic, belligerent, and problematic.

"Speak for yourself" more than once. I stand by my assertion. I said the Fucking Moron would win the moment I saw him on the gold escalator and the reason was "Americans are stupid". Gee, who won? The average first grader understands civics and our govt as much as the average American adult. They certainly have more common sense. I taught first grade for over 15 years and I may be exaggerating a little but not too much.

but the GOP crooks are defying the courts decision! I wish they would get rid of the Electoral College and go with the popular vote. Al Gore and Robert Reich explained how a better system could work when I heard them speak about a year ago.

ie the 'basket of deplorables' line was a good strategy, one she and her team should've doubled down on.

Voters need to be challenged and shaken up sometimes, Dems don't seem to get this.

Putting aside Russia/Comey/FBI meddling for a second - Trump got millions of votes across the country when it should've been a '64 style landslide loss for the GOP.

The reason is voters, ultimately, who voted for the most unqualified individual to ever hold the office.
