and food but then they reconsidered. Also the mayor of San Juan said that it is so bad there that their govt has chosen to give the rebuilding of their electrical grid to private companies due to lack of help from the US govt. That is NOT good...their local govt is almost as corrupt as our fed govt.

hurricane.. took us 5 years to rebuild but we had lots of help from FEMA in 1992. Red Cross, and the National Guard.

We got back our Electricity in 3 months.. thanks to electricians coming over from Mainland to help.
