it is crumbs. Dems need to add this information a la: "We're glad some Americans are getting bonuses, but those pale in comparison to the historic amount of cash companies are just holding aside".

$1000 are 20 year employees. I think it said employees under 4 years get $150. They have to
give raises since the minimum wage increased in 18 states last month anyway. Even $1000 only comes out to 50 cents an hour over a year. A 50 cent raise an hour would give them $1000 more every year. When I was working the company and union would
negotiate a one time signing bonus then a 1 or 2% pay raise every 3 years and guys thought they won.
