"I guess, to him, upholding the Constitution is pro-Democrat."

TIM KAINE:

Trump’s on a tweet rampage against FBI/DOJ for being too helpful to Dems. But there’s a problem with that theory:

Comey? Republican.
Wray? Republican.
Mueller? Republican.
Sessions? Republican.
Rosenstein? Republican.

I guess, to him, upholding the Constitution is pro-Democrat.

These days, it pretty much is. Republicans would set the Constitution on fire to make a buck. Neema Feb 2018 #1

but, on a much, much bigger scale.

When DeLay lost a last chance to have something heard by the Supreme Court, he was outright rejected by Antonin Scalia, of all people. When the media asked DeLay about why he lost, he decried the activist judges on the Supreme Court, even though Scalia was just a smarter and more sarcastic version of DeLay politically.

Republicans love the constitution as much as they love the ten Commandments and their marriage vows.
