The BBC thinks this is OK to broadcast. But if it depicted high profile women, there would be outrage.

... if he were to complain that someone ridiculed him for brown-nosing (or ass-kissing) Trump. The only thing left is to invent and pretend to be upset that there's a double standard.

He's looking for an angle to get some support in his personal outrage. He'd never stand up for any woman he disagreed with for being satirized like this. To the contrary, he'd laugh and agree with it.

This is all about him and his personal outrage over being shown for the Trump tool he is in the image.

They would never depict this image with a woman because no woman would ever do that for Trump unless she was paid, forced, to young and underage to fight back, or just really wanted a ring on that finger to ride that gravy train.

Piers (into Trump's asshole) would end up in a psychiatric ward if he had put up with a fraction of insults HRC and her family have endured over the years. He can't even deal with a mild (if on point) political cartoon without crying to his twitter followers.
