Trump tweeting about the memo again tonight - UPDATE, 2 tweets about memo now

“The four page memo released Friday reports the disturbing fact about how the FBI and FISA appear to have been used to influence the 2016 election and its aftermath....The FBI failed to inform the FISA court that the Clinton campaign had funded the dossier....the FBI became....

That was tweeted 5 minutes ago. Still no tweet to complete that final sentence.

Second tweet. Natasha Bertrand was right about what he was quoting (see my replies below) and I was right about what he was going to quote next:

...a tool of anti-Trump political actors. This is unacceptable in a democracy and ought to alarm anyone who wants the FBI to be a nonpartisan enforcer of the law....The FBI wasn’t straight with Congress, as it hid most of these facts from investigators.” Wall Street Journal

That WSJ editorial also says that "Mr. Trump would do well to knock off the tweets lambasting the Mueller probe" but I don't expect Trump to tweet-quote that part.

when instead everything was kept secret regarding the Trump/Russia investigation during campaign, helping Trump and hurting Hillary whose investigation was constantly discussed. These rightwing nuts aren't even acknowledging the problem of illegal Russian hacking aimed at helping Trump.

Incredibly I have heard some people alleging that the actions of FBI in getting warrant and conducting probe damaged Trump's campaign. Makes no sense whatsoever. We're in totally deranged territory.

a Republican primary candidate - Jeb?, Marco?, and then when that primary candidate left, the Dems ala Clinton campaign picked it up.

Seems to me that the Carter investigation was way before Steele and that Steele merely reinforced what the Feds already knew.

But then I am a single observer, who is a bit confused that the MSM doesn't reference the origins of the "dossier", other than to mention Clinton.

Perhaps Trump needs some background info? Oh, that's right, he is allergic to facts.

EDIT: Nevermind. Just read above he is quoting something. Which still doesn't make sense because I don't think he can read. I still think he uses a picture story on the teleprompter.

this has been the repub playbook for.. how long? Decades.

it is the tactic of narcissistic, cowardly bullies.

The ONLY defense against people like this is offense. Immediate and latent pre-emptive attack and when necessary, counter-attack. Nothing else will work.

You know, I remember when I was a kid.-----now, in my entire life it never ever occurred to me to hit anyone.---- except this once when I was maybe 10? and my sister was 7, there was another 10? year old who always picked on her. I kept telling him to cut it out... never worked... So.. one day when he was really ragging on her, chasing her around, kicking her.... I finally had enough. I went up to him from behind, swung him around and punched him full throttle right in the face...I mean it was a whopper. Rocky Marciano would have been impressed (LOL)...bloody nose and all...

He NEVER went near my sister again...

So Trump is now vindicated because he helped fabricate and release "evidence" saying not that he was not guilty, but that the FBI cannot be trusted.

And unfortunately Page previously implicated Ryan in how all of this would eventually play out.

Unbelievable, a bit. Vindicated, not by a long shot.

From Huffington Post: Trump Says He Has An ‘Absolute Right’ To Control The Justice Department

So, IQ45 believes "non-partisan" means "I have absolute control."

It seems in his mind Trump believes the only one whose opinion matters is him. “L'État, c'est moi,”
