Rachel used the term "Moscow on the Potomac", and I missed it.

I was wondering when that expression would pop up, and in her handoff to Joy Friday night she suggested that 45 would next build an "onion" dome on the Mall, and referred to "Moscow on the Potomac".

A quick check with the Google machine finds many uses of the expression, not all connected to recent events. I'm not sure why it hasn't caught on more, but the Center For American Progress was using the term before the election: https://www.americanprogress.org/issues/security/reports/2016/12/21/295592/moscow-on-the-potomac/

I think it nicely encapsulates what the Uglican leadership has become: just another franchise of Putin's government.

Instead of telling us the Republicans who are Russian agents, tell me about the ones who are not, that may be easier.
