That would explain why he's walking around free as a bird in the US however it wouldn't explain why the Russians haven't silenced him... Unless the Russians think that Page is still working for them!

The funny thing about double agents according to Ludlum and Clancy: Even the people they are working for can't always tell who they're working for...

Did he criminally conspire with other DT people and Russians, to change policy with regard to the Ukraine in exchange for certain favors? Looks like it.

And the bottom line is his bottom line: how has this clown been supporting himself all these years? I bet they're scouring his tax returns, among other things.

But I think they're leaving him out there on purpose, while they use him to help develop the rest of their cases.
