Protest idea. Give Trump Stalin era style applause and let him choke on it! Next SOTU speech.

At every applause point, democrats do the opposite of this year. Jump to their feet and enthusiastically clap, and clap, and clap, and clap.... Keep it up until Trump has to tell them to stop! The republican response should be priceless! Do they dare stop and sit before the democrats applauding for their fearless leader!

they'll spin it as "the longest standing ovation at the SOTU" because he's so popular and successful. Best president ever etc etc. Not a great idea.

blow that out of the water. Both when the democrats gave the standing ovation, then the WTF? looks when they won't stop! I think it would be hilarious. You are right though, they would try and spin it.
