“We don’t live in a dictatorship or a monarchy,” Duckworth tweeted soon after he made the comment. “I swore an oath ― in the military and in the Senate ― to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States, not to mindlessly cater to the whims of Cadet Bone Spurs and clap when he demands I clap.”

difference between the Hamburglar-in-Chief and Obama for the idiots who still throw the false equivalences around. Haters can say what they want about Obama, but at least he never painted the R's as traitorous for their lack of applause during his SOTUs, and there was no Democrat who shouted "you lie" (although that would've been warranted after the number of lies he has been caught in since last January).
