Texas Senate Race moved from "Solid R" to "Likely R"

According to the Cook Political Report map the race against Cruz has moved to "Likely R"

And after the MO Special Election last night with this news I am MORE excited and can't wait until November.

The fight is starting to get into full swing. If you have time to volunteer remotely or donate any amount of money helps.

and that was not against a great candidate as far as I can tell. Cruz raised $9 million and Sadler the Democrat $139,000.

I'm guessing O'Rourke is already ahead of Sadler in that department.

Would love to see the smarmy Cruz get sent home and demoted to being a Fox News analyst.

Beto's main challenge is name recognition. He is working on that with regularly visiting all areas of the state and doing town halls in every county. This in itself is amazing since he is going where previous statewide DEMS do not go to. He is starting to break through that deep Red barrier. He also encourages people to bring a republican with them to a town hall.

Beto doesn't accept any PAC money and was able to out raise Cruz in the 4th Qtr which is amazing. Although the other day I think Cruz got 3 million in one day from a PAC (UGH)

In the latest poll Cruz was 8 points ahead of Beto and then when respondents were told Beto doesn't accept PAC money than he was ahead of Cruz!

Trump won TX by 9 points and both Cruz and Trump have low approval numbers.

All in all I agree I would love to see Cruz be demoted to a Fox News analyst.
