Scared/Sacred? What's the difference?

I doubt that many women want to be considered sacred. Most women, I think, simply want to be considered 100% equal and be treated equally by everyone. That doesn't seem too much to ask...

I don't want to be considered "sacred", put up on a pedestal, "protected", etc.

I just want equality and to be taken seriously.

I'm glad men like you "get it"!

To be honest though, when I was a little Catholic girl (around 5), I wanted to be a saint so people could pray to me. But I don't think that is the kind of sacred Kelly was talking about.

He's such a moron...seriously. Women are sacred, but he was okay with a wife-beater working for him. Bloody hell.

when we are pushing forward with the #metoo and really insisting on our rights. At that same moment, we have an administration bearing us 'ceaselessly' into the past (thanks F. Scott).

Historians are really going to love trying to untangle how this paradox was allowed to happen.

I would have shot myself! No, scratch that. I would have shot a bunch of men, particularly the ones who came up with these ads.

Would be interesting to know how big a role he played in that fiasco.

Also saw a post on one of the news sites claiming he discharged people who filed claims of rape. I have not been able to confirm that so take it with a grain of salt but if true it would expose a pattern with him. I am sure that is something that could be confirmed or disproved by someone with more resources.

I wouldn't be surprised a bit if true though.
