Are laws being broken here or is it just incompetence?

On Page 1, the @washingtonpost reports that the president doesn’t read his daily intel brief. On Page 4, it reports that his son-in-law, who hasn’t been able to get a permanent clearance, does.

he doesn't read because he's too lazy, or wants deniability knowing, because if they tell him verbally , he can deny they said it. As far as the son-in law goes, he's made him a target even more, and will cause him more legal issues. I think he's creating barriers to deny everything, and is extremely lazy, and wants no part of being held responsible for anything. He gets his probably from the Russians intel agencies, and moles they have in our agencies.

Those that are still using temporary clearances (according to CNN 30-40 people)
, are doing so at this point because, most of them have been flagged for one reason or another. They will not recieve full clearances, therefore they are accessing info that in any other administration they would not be privy to.
What a fucking mess!

And where there is any sign of intelligence at all it is of the evil greedy type.

All cringe/roll our eyes/ spit out our morning beverage of choice when we read or see about it, this atrocious scum of a man is daily breaking laws of the courts and laws of humanity as well as being the sorriest-assed piece of flesh to inhabit a foreign labeled business suit and a reeking affront to the entire female population ...he is a nauseating threat to the safety and well being of every single citizen of the...world. Mostly because he does not give one minute damn about anyone but his own vile carcass and never will.

A walking, oozing worst nightmare who for some obscene reason of fate is being enabled and protected by the ugliest Americans and most wretchedly self-absorbed, self-serving political party of insane anti-American evil, he has single handedly fouled the reputation and standing of our nation, globally and destroyed our soul domestically.

And it is taking way too long to be removed from the office that he has systematically ruined.

The damage just keeps eating us alive. The wounds will be gaping for a very long time.

I will openly celebrate and revel when he is finally, legally, historically Gone.

Resist. Revolt. Repudiate.

..... With access to all this top secret Intel info the waiting line to talk to and do business with Jared is about ten miles long.

Jared is a big time wheeler dealer who knows how to increase the cash flow into his pocket. Sometimes a capitalist has to sell his country out to keep his head above the turbulent financial waters and his ass out of bankruptcy court.

Self preservation is paramount - we certainly can't blame them.

why all the brouhaha about Hillary's emails? What are the chances that this will be the subject of unending hearings and investigations?
